A practical session to give you a taster of how Pilates can help you, and in turn, your horse, by improving your breathing, balance and core muscles, and some exercises you can do before mounting to help loosen up and relax.

Helpers
As always, the Club depends on helpers at our events. We have Dressage and Show Jumping competitions arranged throughout the year and we will need a Secretary, writers and stewards for all of these. If you would be willing to help for a half - or even full - day it would be very much appreciated!

In our club constitution, it is a condition of membership that once a year, each member will be available to help at a Club event. Without the helpers we will be unable to put on the competitions for everyone to enjoy and take part in!
